SeaTopia is a game that tests players' city-building and survival skills. Players can freely build an island as they
wish. However, the island they built; may encounter a different disaster each time, depending on resource management,
shield management, the type of natural disasters, and whether or not it can keep the city-nature ratio in balance.
Disasters can be caused by many different problems such as the island's oxygen level, welfare level, protection shield
level, rising water level parameters and natural disasters.
